MGM/STXfilms’ action thriller, “The Covenant” or “Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant”, is on its way to a theatrical release, and the movie officially releases theaters across the United States on April 21, 2023, alongside “Beau is Afraid”[1]. In addition to streaming, “Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant” will also be available to rent or purchase on Amazon Prime within two months of its theatrical release. The VOD version of the movie will be available on Vudu, Redbox, iTunes, and other VOD platforms for prices ranging from $4.99 to $19.99. However, besides Amazon Prime and VOD platforms, there will be no other option to watch the movie digitally after its theatrical release, and it will not be available on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, or other streaming platforms. As an R-rated action thriller, the pre-critical response to the movie has been good, making it a good watch for R-rated audiences, especially those streaming the movie.
