One of the most anticipated films of the MCU and the threequel to “Guardians of the Galaxy”, Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” has been released in the USA, and it has received positive reviews from critics. It has been especially praised for its emotional touch, live and voice actors’ performances, Gunn’s excellent direction and screenplay, and impressive VFX.
Not only critically, but the film has received a lovely response from the theatrical audience, and it’s expected to do well at the box office. However, while the film has a lot of buzz in the theatrical audience, it’s also generating a lot of interest in the streaming audience. Talking about the streaming point of view, when and on which platform it will be streamed will be more important, especially for Amazon Prime users.
Is Guardians of the Galaxy 3 on Amazon Prime?

Sadly No, Marvel Studios’ anticipated threequel “Guardians of the Galaxy 3” will never be streaming on Amazon Prime in the USA for subscription users due to Walt Disney’s ownership of the film. “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” is a production of Walt Disney Studios, so instead of being on Disney Plus, there is no chance that it will be available on any other streaming platform, including Amazon Prime. However, in addition to streaming through subscription, “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” will be available as a VOD version on Amazon Prime and other VOD platforms, such as Vudu, iTunes, Redbox, Google Play Movies, and Youtube, for rent and purchase prices ranging from $4.99 to $19.99.
According to reports, the threequel will be available for streaming on Disney Plus 60 days after its theatrical release and on VOD within two months of the theatrical release. Overall, Amazon Prime’s rental or purchase users will be able to watch it on their preferred platform, but unfortunately, there is no option for subscription users in the USA. It is not confirmed yet, but according to reports, it may also not be available for streaming on Amazon Prime in other territories apart from the USA.
Starring Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldaña, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, and Bradley Cooper, “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” is directed and written by James Gunn, and produced by Kevin Feige. Produced under the production banners of Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios[1].
