They did this movie and it’s cast a disservice by casting Nicholas Cage. They should know by now that Mr. Cage is box office poison.

This is NOT a box office flop! $24 million worldwide against a $30 million budget so far–that’s pretty good for a comedy. It may yet break even.
Hopefully the dvd release will help the bump up. At least get there money back. Sadly lionsgate did not make money on it thus far. From a business perspective, there are no margins in the black.
