After the theatrical release, only the rental or video-on-demand versions of Brendan Fraser’s ‘The Whale’ will be available on Amazon Prime in the USA, not as official streaming for Prime’s premium membership users. Not only on Amazon Prime, but ‘The Whale’ will also be on rental platforms for ranted or buy versions, including Vudu, iTunes, Youtube, Redbox, and Google Play Movies at $4.99 to $19.99 within two months of its theatrical release; before its official streaming as well.
Only rental users of Amazon Prime will be able to watch ‘The Whale’ on Amazon Prime, despite having a premium membership. In terms of official streaming, there are many chances that after its theatrical release, ‘The Whale’ will be available for official streaming on Showtime for a $10.99 per/month subscription.
