The third installment of one of the most successful franchises ‘Creed’, ‘Creed III’, is one of the most anticipated movies of the year[1]. And it is expected that it will give an immense profit to the makers, the biggest reason for which can be understood the success and buzz of its predecessors. And the makers of ‘Creed III’ have spent a lot of money on the film, as they have high hopes for its success based on the popularity of the previous two movies and the threequel’s buzz.
Michael B Jordan’s Creed 3 Budget Reportedly $75 Million

It has reported that ‘Creed III’, featuring Michael B Jordan in the lead role, is a medium-budget film with an estimated production cost of $75 million (excluding P&A). It makes ‘Creed III’ the most expensive film in the ‘Creed’ trilogy, surpassing the $50 million budget of ‘Creed II’ and the $35 million budget of the original ‘Creed’. It is also one of the costliest movies in the entire ‘Rocky’ series.
‘Creed III’ was produced by Irwin Winkler, Charles Winkler, William Chartoff, David Winkler, Ryan Coogler, Elizabeth Raposo, Jonathan Glickman, and Sylvester Stallone under the production banners of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures, Chartoff-Winkler Productions, Proximity Media, and Outlier Society. According to reports, the making cost of the film is too less, while most of the money has been spent on the star cast, especially on Michael B. Jordan’s name to re-cast in a threequel.

Despite the hefty investment made by the makers of ‘Creed III’, the massive buzz and high expectations surrounding the film suggest that the budget may not even matter. With so much anticipation built up around the movie, fans are sure to flock to theaters in droves to see the latest installment in this thrilling franchise. It seems that the makers’ decision to spare expense was a wise one, as it is likely to pay off in the end.
