Television sitcom ‘Bob’s Burgers’ movie version ‘The Bob’s Burgers Movie’ is all set for its theatrical release, and the official USA theatrical release date for the film is 27 May 2022[1]. The date of 27 May, may be seen as normal for ‘The Bob’s Burgers Movie’ but on the same date, Paramount Pictures’ Tom Cruise starring ‘Top Gun: Maverick‘ also set to release, and release alongside with big-budget film, not a good for average budget film ‘The Bob’s Burgers Movie’.

According to reports, 20th Century Studios’ animated music drama ‘The Bob’s Burgers Movie’ is an average budget film, and the production budget for the film is between $60-70 million. The film was produced under the production banners of 20th Century Animation, 20th Century Family, Bento Box Entertainment, and Wilo Productions and was produced by Janelle Momary-Neely, Loren Bouchard, and Nora Smith.

‘The Bob’s Burgers Movie’s WW distribution rights were acquired by 20th Century Studios, and according to reports, after its theatrical, the film will be streaming on Disney Plus.

Talking about box office projection, then the film will be released alongside ‘Top Gun: Maverick’, it is projected to gross $10 million on opening weekend, and it’s not a good box office expectations against a $60-70 Million budget, and in our opinion, releasing on May 27, is not a good decision from makers.

‘The Bob’s Burgers Movie’ is directed by Bernard Derriman and Loren Bouchard, Bouchard is also a co-writer of the film with Nora Smith and stars H. Jon Benjamin, Dan Mintz, Eugene Mirman, Larry Murphy, John Roberts, and Kevin Kline.
